             In his article "Why Product Quality Is An Underrated Marketing Hack", AJ Agrawal (2017) describes how important it is to emphasize and highlight a products value nowadays. To begin with, he suggests focusing on details because that is what millennials want. They care about the products authenticity and aesthetics. He focuses the attention on providing details of products  to consumers is one the best ways to promote product value. Another method he points out is to be transparent. Since consumers are affected by the online world and social media, they are more doubtful towards products and brands. They want to know how a product was made and what are the costs and materials used for production. The author explains how to earn consumers trust through exposing more product details and processes of creating and pricing of brands. He also mentioned that highlighting positive customer reviews is a a great approach to show value. Consumers care about reviews and want to read about people's experiences with a product before purchasing. The author illustrated how people believe other people's words more than the brands, because they know that the brands focus is to sell and make a profit. Finally, he clarifies that a products quality is the main character for brands. By promoting user reviews and product details, you can gain more customers and build trust with them.
